As a Swim Instructor at Mariners, you will lead swimming programs and provide tailored individual and group lessons for children of all ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students with a strong passion for swimming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire young swimmers to love and respect the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Linwood, NJ.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• Proficiency in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, time management, and teaching skills
• Effective behavior management in challenging situations
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
