As a Swim Instructor at Vineland YMCA Seals, you will oversee swimming programs and deliver personalized lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to motivate young swimmers and foster a love for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team in Vineland, NJ.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction for students of varying ages and abilities
• Create a safe and encouraging learning environment
• Assess student progress and offer feedback and support as necessary

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Proficient in a variety of swimming strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child, & adult)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
