Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction tailored to various age groups and skill levels
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide feedback

Requirements
• Experience working with diverse age groups and abilities
• Proficiency in swimming strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and CPR & First Aid certification
• Strong communication, organization, and creativity in teaching
• Effective behavior management skills
• Previous childcare or sports coaching experience preferred
• Passion for swimming and working with children
