Sumati is generally very nice, but seems unable to convey difficult subject matter to all but a select few. She rushes through material, doesn't really use the textbook at all( which would be helpful, since she may give problems for homework, which isn't graded, from the textbook, if they aren't done her way, you'll get marked as wrong( yes she does it on tests as well) If you ask for additional resources to help you understand the content, she just references her lectures and videos, which can be disorganized and difficult to muddle through. She is very responsive to emails, but hire a tutor for DE, you wont survive this class without one! |
