El litigio estratégico se ha convertido en una herramienta de enorme potencial en los países latinoamericanos para la defensa del interés público. Este curso te enseñará la importancia de los derechos humanos, el concepto de litigio estratégico para defenderlos, así como las vías o estrategias más útiles para lograrlo. Los ámbitos de trabajo en derechos humanos son diversos: profundizarás en las vías que se abren al interior de las Universidades, a través de las Clínicas Jurídicas interdisciplinarias y de la labor de abogados en el trabajo probono. Se analizarán los conceptos centrales de estos debates y las experiencias y aportes en varios países de la región.
