En este curso de liderazgo y habilidades blandas veremos una definición analítica de la gestión participativa y cómo implantar y medir el grado de despliegue de las prácticas de alta implicación (High Involvement Work Practices oHIWP) en las empresas. También analizaremos como se pueden medir los resultados de estas prácticas dentro de una organización, para así ver el impacto que pueden tener los empleados en las decisiones que afectan a toda la organización. En este curso de gestión participativa conocerás cómo los lideres pueden tomar mejores decisiones considerando la experiencia y el conocimiento de sus empleados.
