As a Swim Instructor at X-Cel Swimming, your role will involve leading swimming programs, providing tailored lessons for children of different ages and skill levels, and inspiring young swimmers to enjoy and respect the water. This position is great for students who have a strong passion for swimming, excellent communication skills, and a desire to motivate and encourage young swimmers. We are currently seeking a motivated Swim Instructor from to join our team in Princeton, NJ.

Responsibilities:
Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as necessary

Requirements:
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
Background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
Effective behavior management skills
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
Passion for swimming and working with children
