Join our team at Jewish Community Center Sharks as a Swim Instructor and lead swimming programs tailored to children of various ages and skill levels. We are currently seeking a motivated student to inspire young swimmers in Margate City, NJ.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes
• Strong background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and teaching skills
• Strong behavior management skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching preferred
• A passion for swimming and children
