As a Swim Instructor at Brigantine Green Heads, you will be responsible for leading swimming programs and teaching both individual and group lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to motivate young swimmers while promoting a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team in Brigantine, NJ.

Responsibilities
Provide swim instruction to students of various ages and skill levels
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for all students
Evaluate student progress and offer feedback and guidance accordingly

Requirements
Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, preferably in education or instruction
Proficient in swimming with knowledge of different strokes and techniques
Background in water safety and survival skills
CPR & First Aid Certified for infants, children, and adults
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Effective behavior management skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally
Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
Passion for children and swimming
