As a Swim Instructor at StreamLine Aquatics Club, you will lead swimming programs and offer customized individual and group lessons to kids of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are deeply passionate about swimming, have strong communication skills, and can inspire young swimmers to develop a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Branchburg, NJ.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and abilities
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment
• Monitor student progress and offer feedback as necessary

Requirements
• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR and First Aid Certified for infants, children, and adults
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to manage behaviors and handle challenging situations calmly
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
