We are seeking an Assistant Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills

We are a local poultry Farm located in the historical town of Griggstown in Princeton New Jersey. We are a first generation family owned farm who has been in business since 1975. Our retail store, USDA Inspected Processing Plant and Commercial Kitchen were added in 2001. All our poultry is raised and processed at our facility. The farm store sells pot pies, fruit pies, poultry, eggs, sausages, burgers, soups, chilis, vegetables and prepared foods made in our kitchen and poultry products raised on our farm.
