Personal Statement

I enjoy teaching technology, science, mathematics, and engineering the most. My favorite part of teaching is seeing the light bulb turn on when a student finally understands the information they were struggling with. I earned my bachelor's degree in engineering from Stanford University before continuing on for a master's degree in environmental engineering. My tutoring style revolves around applying each pupil's personal experience to the material we are learning. I have found that this method keeps the student engaged and interested in the work.
