Personal Statement

Teaching has always been a passion of mine, and now I want to share what I have learned with others. I studied developmental, cell, and molecular biology at UCLA and earned my bachelor's degree. I graduated high school overseas, and it was an incredible experience. I realize the importance of education and how it needs to be a priority. I love raising awareness to this fact. While I was in college, I performed brain cancer research and worked as both a teacher's assistant, and as a lab tech.
