Personal Statement

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison with a BA in Spanish. Literature and Communication Arts. I obtained my MA in Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Southern California. I worked as a teaching assistant for local middle schools, working with students in a variety of math subjects. I enjoy private tutoring students in physics, writing, poetry, pre-algebra, and other subjects. I can help students prepare for PARCC, SAT, SSAT, GED, and other standardized exams. I work to encourage them in their goals, teaching them invaluable skills that can support their future academics.
