The Carl Parsell Scholarship is awarded to deserving candidates seeking assistance with their college tuition. The applicant must be a permanent resident of the State of Michigan, a member of, or immediate family member of, the Michigan Association of Police, Michigan Association of Fire Fighters, or Michigan Association of Public Employees. One selected student will receive $2,500.
