Personal Statement

I began my tutoring career in high school, primarily working with students on their writing, Italian, and social studies courses. I earned my BA in creative writing at Brandeis University. I pursued my MS in journalism at the Columbia University in the City of New York. I enjoy working with students in one-on-one settings to support their development of academic skills. I can answer homework-related subjects, prepare students for tests, and develop a customized learning plan that can address the student's personal needs.
