APEX is looking for a highly skilled Electrical Instructor to teach hands-on work with a group of students who are eager to learn. ABSOLUTELY no teaching experience required. You supply the skills and we supply everything else, even the tools!
Knowledge
- Install and repair various electrical equipment and fixtures
- Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
- Troubleshoot motor and control systems
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
- Security and Fire Alarm System Installation
- Adhere to all quality and safety codes
Qualifications
- Proficient in reading blueprints, manuals, and electrical schematics
- Highly skilled in working with electrical equipment and hand tools
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Minimum 3 years of field experience
- High School Diploma or GED
