Pros: Dr. Taylor is a very interactive professor. He tells stories a lot that relates to the material & helps you remember. He gives “Extra Point Opportunities” maybe once every other week. By the end of the semester, you can bump up an entire letter grade just off extra credit, which is super easy. Attendance is NOT mandatory. However, he doesn’t post extra credit opportunities on BB. So if you don’t come to class, you won’t know about it. He remembers faces, and expects a lot of participation. You won’t fall asleep in his class. You don’t need the book. Everything is on the powerpoints. Sometimes he leaves blanks in them…so if you miss class, ask a classmate for the missing blanks. Outstanding professor. He told me he would more than willingly give me a letter of rec., and will keep me posted if he has openings for a TA position. I would def. take him again.

Pros: He is just a good professor. knows what he is talking about. makes class enjoyable
Cons: puts all the lectures slides online which is directly what is on the test. makes it harder to come to class since you already have everything you need for exams.

Very enthusiastic about the class, knows what he's talking about and makes it interesting. Doesn't take attendance regularly, and gives extra credit when he does.
