This course, Sports Injury Prevention, takes both a scientific and a practical approach to reducing sports-related injuries. Students will learn how to record musculoskeletal injuries, perform baseline measures, identify risk factors, examine injury mechanisms, develop interventions, and assess implementation strategies.
