Personal Statement

I've been in the fitness industry for over 13 years after graduating from Syracuse University. I've worked in large, upscale gyms and small, private personal training studios in New York City and Rochester. I've trained clients 1-on-1 as well as groups up to 15. Clients haves ranged from children as young as 8 years old to senior citizens working their way back from prostate cancer.
