Description Manage the loan file process for the life of the loan by creating, maintaining, reviewing, reporting, providing, and completing files with proper documentation in accordance with the policies set forth by the bank and documenting outstanding items on the Incomplete Report. Maintain files by contacting appropriate lawyers, courthouse personnel, loan officers and their support staff, insurance agents, etc. to collect trailing documents including recorded mortgages, title insurance policies titles for vehicles, mobile homes etc., and any other documents needed to complete a loan file. This is done in an accurate, timely, courteous, and professional manner in accordance with bank policy and procedure and established regulations. Perform imaging of loan documentation by scanning loan documents and updating incomplete loans by scanning missed, changed, or replaced documents as they are received in an accurate and timely manner. Manage insurance information by organizing and archiving insurance policies and sending policies to our third-party insurance tracking provider, researching insurance information to verify current and correct insurance type, amount, mortgagee or loss/payee interest and various duties acting as a liaison between the bank and our third-party tracking provider. Perform a variety of administrative and support duties by sorting department mail and providing back-up for various loan team processes as directed by the Manager of Loan Servicing and Quality Control in an accurate and timely manner. Constructively interact with co-workers. HOURS will average approximately 40 per week. This position is budgeted for 2,080 hours per year. Requirements Strong organizational, time management, problem prevention and problem-solving skills. Ability to convey detailed information and instructions clearly. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn position-related software. Ability to use general office equipment. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Highly developed interpersonal skills. Professional attitude and appearance. Good customer relations and telephone skills. High school diploma or equivalent educational experience. Six-plus months of job-related experience.
