Join our team at Upper Dublin Aquatic Club as a Swim Instructor and lead swimming programs for children of all ages and skill levels in Ft Washington, PA. We are seeking a passionate and motivated student to inspire young swimmers and create a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim lessons to students of varying ages and abilities
• Ensure a positive and secure environment for all swimmers
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback and support as needed

Requirements
• Experience with students in educational or instructional settings
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different strokes and techniques
• Proficiency in water safety and survival techniques
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Effective behavior management and problem-solving abilities
• Background in childcare or sports coaching is a plus!
• Passion for swimming and working with children is essential.
