Personal Statement

I have been a Spanish teacher for the past 13 years at a college preparatory school. I discovered my passion for teaching and the Spanish language and culture when I was in high school myself and took a service trip to Nicaragua. This also inspired me to lead service trips to Spanish-speaking countries with my students!
