Candidate needed who is knowledgeable of cooking on a flattop and deep fryer experience. Skills must include prepping of daily menus, handling with complete control of a busy schedule, keeping needed supplies up to date on ordering and restocking. Able to use and clean a commercial slicer. Be willing to participate in daily opening and closing procedures and perform other duties assigned by management. Works well with others and must have own transportation.
