Credit Derivatives and Equity and Bond IPO

About this Course

This course begins with a look at credit derivatives and the participants of credit indices. We'll recognize the uses of CDS and the advantages of credit indices. In this course, we'll also cover lectures to understand the difference between primary and secondary markets, understand initial public offerings (IPO) and the anatomy of an IPO. We'll wrap up this course with a look at the major IPO participants and their role. This course is part 5 of the New York Institute of Finance's Capital Markets Professional Certificate.
