As a Swim Instructor at Pal-Mac Swim Club, you will lead swimming programs and deliver both individual and group lessons to children of different ages and skill levels. This position is perfect for students who are passionate about swimming, possess great communication skills, and have the ability to motivate young swimmers to develop a love and respect for the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Swim Instructor to join our team in Marion, NY.

Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, offering feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities, particularly in an educational or instructional environment
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes and techniques
• Background in water safety and survival skills
• CPR & First Aid Certified (infant, child & adult)
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and creative teaching skills
• Effective behavior management skills, capable of handling challenging situations calmly and professionally
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
