Personal Statement

I retired from a local private high school in 2012. I have taught all math subjects including Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and AP Calculus AB. I have taught math for 44 years. I have tutored students privately over the last 30 years. When I tutor, I usually meet for one hour. If I find the student is not responding, or has difficulty staying on task, I stop and talk to them about what interests them most. This usually gets them focused and we can continue. H ...
