UFK is currently seeking Lead Teachers interested in early childhood education. We are a new high quality and modern childcare facility at Deanwood Recreation Center, Washington DC in 2019. Our curriculum includes language immersion and STEM components. We provide the highest quality in child development and are looking for the most qualified staff for our new position. Each candidate must display strong communications skills, work ethic, be flexible, and creative.

We are now seeking applicants for the position described above:

- Preschool Lead Teacher (2- 3 yrs.)
- BA, AA, or CDA in Early Childhood Education or related field + 3-year experience.
-Must have experience in classroom management and completing child assessments in a timely manner.
-Excellent oral and written skills (must be able to effectively communicate with parents)
-CPR / First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
-Familiarization with NAEYC standards preferred
- Creative Lesson Plan experience

Experience:

• Early Childhood Education: 2 years (Preferred)
