Description
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Youth and Track Field Coach to join our team and inspire young athletes aged 3 to 15 years old to reach their full potential on the track and in life. You will be responsible for creating a fun and challenging environment where athletes can develop their skills, build confidence and learn valuable life lessions through the sport of track and field.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate practice plans that focus on proper technique, conditioning and event specialization.

Provide individualized coaching to athletes based on their strenghts, weaknesses and personal goals.

Motivate and encourage athletes to work hard, push their limits, and never give up.

Qualifications

Strong passion for track and field and experience competing at a competitive level.

Proven abililty to work effectively with children and young adults.

Strong organizational and planning skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.

Certification: While not always required, certifications like the USA Track & Field (USATF) Level 1 Coaching Certification can enhance credibility.
