I am Charles and I am an experienced educator having instructed in a wide variety of academic settings. In regards to Russian language tutoring, I have worked with both DC area professionals and PhD, undergraduate, high school, middle school and elementary school students. I also taught beginning, intermediate and advanced level Russian language students for Montgomery County Public Schools.
