As a Swim Instructor at Sea Dragons Swim Club, you will lead swimming programs, provide individual and group lessons tailored to children of various ages and skill levels, and inspire young swimmers to love and respect the water. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor in East Rochester, NY to join our team and serve our Sea Dragons Swim Club.

Responsibilities:
• Provide swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all students
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance as needed

Requirements:
• Experience working with students of all ages and abilities
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes and techniques
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is advantageous
