 Pros: Nice person.
Cons: Although she is a very nice lady, she is NOT a good teacher. I don't care how good of a person she might be but that doesn't substitute her poor ability to clearly and effectively communicate the expectations from students, teach the material in an organized and sensible fashion, and works out problems on the board in such a messy and cluttered way.
