About this Course
La incertidumbre juega un rol central a la hora de definir un criterio universalmente aceptado con respecto a la valoración de un activo real o financiero. Los principios y metodologías detrás del problema de valoración contienen unas formas de proceder genéricas y otras que son específicas y que pueden depender del tipo de activo (empresa vs. activo financiero) o del objetivo final del ejercicio de valoración (compra, inyección de capital, liquidación, entre otros). La forma para medir el valor justo de un activo puede depender del riesgo que implica tenerlo en el portafolio, el valor de continuación de la operación que genera el valor (empresa) o su valor intrínseco (los activos de una empresa).Created by: Universidad del Rosario
