About this Course
Ce cours, présenté par le Département des statistiques du FMI, se concentre à la fois sur le cadre conceptuel des statistiques de finances publiques (SFP) tel que présenté dans le Manuel de statistiques de finances publiques 2014 du FMI (MSFP 2014, la mise à jour de l’édition 2001), et sur les aspects pratiques de la compilation des données. Le cours examine les concepts de base, les définitions, les règles comptables, les classifications et les tableaux de présentation du cadre des SFP, et il explique la compilation et la diffusion de SFP complètes et comparables entre pays. Enfin, le cours montre comment utiliser les SFP pour évaluer l’impact des activités du secteur des administrations publiques sur l’économie d’un pays.Created by: The International Monetary Fund
