Personal Statement

I earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. My majors were molecular and cell biology. I plan to continue in Ph.D. and MD programs. My tutoring style includes putting ideas and topics into proper context. I believe by putting information into proper context; the student can process it better and remember it in the future. When I am not busy tutoring, I like to stay active. I play ice hockey and soccer and also attend the gym regularly. I have found that being active gives me a productive escape when I am stressed.
