Personal Statement

Hi! My name is Jordana and I am originally from Toronto, Canada. Excited to travel from a young age, I used my education as an opportunity to learn history by pursuing degrees around the world. I completed my undergraduate degree in Montreal, my first master’s degree in history in Dublin, Ireland, and my second master’s degree in library and information studies in New York City. I have taught in museums, managed archives, trained teachers, and tutored students in history, humanities, and social science subjects for over seven years. My approach is personable, relatable, and flexible. Working together, we will achieve all your academic goals! I teach in English and online only so we can work together no matter where you are located.
