Personal Statement

I earned a bachelor's degree in history at the University of Virginia. As a college student, I tutored primary school students in reading and math. I was also employed by the university to help students write and edit history and political science papers. I continued on to complete a two-year post-baccalaureate program as a pre-med science student. I tutored students in biology, physics, and writing during this time as well.
