Personal Statement

I am a former professional ballet dancer, having danced internationally with Dresden Semperoper Ballet, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens, and Tivoli Ballet Theatre. I received my early training starting at 2 1/2 and moved to New York after receiving an invitation to study with American Ballet Theatre's School at age 15. I furthered my training after graduation in Toronto with Canada's National Ballet School. Since then I have danced professionally in Canada, Germany, and Denmark. I am currently based in New York City giving private and semi-private ballet lessons. I recently graduated from Columbia University and teaching is now my full time job!
