Personal Statement

I am originally from Colombia and have strong physics and computer science backgrounds. While in Colombia I was a teacher's assistant in both Antioquia University and at a few high schools. Additionally, I participated in the astronomy club and numerous scientific conferences. I moved to the United States to further my education and career, and I ended up tutoring through the Bergen Community College tutoring center. I love sharing my passion for physics and math with others. Being a tutor has taught me a lot, and I am glad to have the chance to continue helping pupils now.
