Personal Statement

Recently I have been working as a private MCAT tutor in New York City. I have my bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering and I minored in electrical engineering. My tutoring career started over eight years ago. I have experience helping in numerous subjects and age ranges. I have worked with elementary through college level pupils. Mostly I have worked in STEM subjects including engineering, physics, chemistry, and math. Through my experiences, I have discovered that I am passionate about teaching and now I plan to go into academic medicine.
