Personal Statement

In addition to over ten years of experience working as an art tutor and mentor, I have a BFA from the Purchase College conservatory of art and design, as well as a Master's degree from the School of Visual Arts, in the subject Visual Narrative. My Linocut graphic novel `Cities of the Interior` is currently in collections such as the Stanford University and Columbia University Rare Book Libraries, amongst others. I have been tutoring other artists since my high school years in upstate NY, continuing through all through college and grad school, and as a constant part of my art practice during the more than 10 years I've spent living in Brooklyn.
