What You'll Do Lead and manage a team consisting of 35 frontline employees, 1 Sodexo Sous Chef, and 2 Sodexo Managers Oversee food operations including: Patient Services – three meals a day Retail Dining – $47K monthly volume Catering Services – coffee, tea service, and special occasion events Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through frequent client interaction and strategic planning Drive financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure efficient operational execution Maintain compliance with food safety standards and Sodexo policies Serve as a key leader fostering communication, collaboration, and employee engagement What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
