We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to our office. Below are some of the job requirements and responsibilities affiliated with this position. Responsibilities: Make and receive calls. Gather information from customers / data entry. Create and print work orders. Assign and check-in finished work orders. Send out billing and focus on collections. Schedule projects with General Manager. Requirement: Must have outgoing personality and be able to deliver great customer service. Must have transportation to and from office. Must have experience in Microsoft Office products. Must be able to learn franchise software. Please note: This is a part time job that could become a full time position.
