We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at a premier Skilled Nursing Facility in Williamsville, NY. This role offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and new graduates to make a significant impact on residents' lives through comprehensive therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer skilled physical therapy treatments in accordance with physicians' orders
• Maintain detailed patient records, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance resident rehabilitation
• Participate in care planning meetings and provide input on resident needs
• Utilize advanced equipment and technology for optimal patient care
• Assist in training programs and supervise Physical Therapy Aides when required

Requirements

• MS/DPT in Physical Therapy
• New York State PT license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience in SNF setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
