About this Course
Este MOOC está enfocado en la adquisición de habilidades para ofrecer y vender productos y servicios financieros de forma efectiva, responsable y ética. Aprenderás cómo comunicarse adecuadamente con tus clientes, con miras a conocer sus necesidades y ganarse su confianza, y cómo calcular su perfil de riesgo, para diseñar una oferta comercial a la medida. Asimismo, conocerás algunas técnicas de ventas en contextos digitales a partir de las emociones. Finalmente, aprenderás a manejar crisis con tus clientes y orientarlos en cuanto al planteamiento de metas.
