I owned and operated three restaurants in NYC over a 30 year period while maintaining an active law practice. I am living In Philadelphia now for three years and am in my second year teaching a legal studies course at Philadelphia's pre-eminent culinary school while also instructing candidates for Servsafe management certification in North Philadelphia.
