This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Toddler Teacher/Assistant Director at Royal Beginnings Early Learning Academy. The role involves developing lesson plans, implementing educational activities, facilitating communication with staff and parents, providing training, completing child monthly and quarterly assessments, and overseeing daily operations at the childcare center in Philadelphia.
