Position Overview:
Keystone Star 4 Early Learning Center is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Toddler and Preschool Teachers to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for planning and presenting age-appropriate activities designed to foster the intellectual, social, and creative growth of children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct toddler and preschool-aged children in activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and creative development.
• Create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment in compliance with state licensing agencies and PHLpreK guidelines.
• Develop and maintain schedules, routines, and a curriculum tailored to meet the developmental needs of each child.
• Maintain detailed records of each child's progress and growth.
• Regularly communicate with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and milestones.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks and employment health screenings.
• Experience with Teaching Strategies Gold and The Creative Curriculum is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Must possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (CDA certification is a plus).
