Food Service Manager
Job Description
SUMMARY
We are looking for a professional food service manager to be responsible for managing all operations inside of our state of the art supermarkets. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all orders, staff and financial results. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are included but not limited to:
- Manage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Lead food service team by training and appraising talented personnel.
- Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures.
- Provide two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Report to management regarding sales results and productivity.
