Pros: Great Professor.
Made class fun and easy to learn the material
MIS is straight forward. Study and you will do great no matter the professor, but I would definitely recommend Anandarajan bc he made class fun! (Easy A)

Pros: BEYOND caring as a professor.
Material is about understanding rather than memorizing - very logic based.
He breaks everything down so that everyone can understand it in the simplest manner possible.
Quizzes are online and straight out of the book, slides and sometimes blog.
Cons: The material is very dry and lectures are a bit hard to sit through.
Midterm and exam is majority short answer and some multiple choice.
TA is a make or break for your grade.
He truly cares about his students. He does everything in his power to allow students to succeed. He does everything he can to keep the class fun and entertaining. He is very accessible and does everything he can to guide his students and aid his students in every which way possible.
The material tends to be dry and that makes it a bit hard to follow at times. Some of the homework will be frustrating and confusing at times, but put forth a good effort and you do just fine on it.
Getting an A is very possible, but definitely not the easiest A which you will earn.

Cons: Such a boring class, it's hard to pay attention to. The exam is 20 multiple choice and then 15 short answer questions. Definitely study, but the TA's are useless. The case studies help to understand the material.

Overall, he's a decent professor. I think the subject was boring. I was not at all interested and did the minimum required for the course. Weekly online assignments and quizzes. Recitation in-class team assignments. Lectures are slides, which he posts online. Multiple choice exams have some similar questions to the quizzes and the exams were more difficult than I thought it would be. You should be prepared for the exams because there were a decent amount of detailed questions.

Pros: Energetic and passionate about what he is teaching. He encourages participation so as to avoid sleepheads in the class.
Cons: The material in the class for the most part is common sense. I feel as if this class isn't of much use in the future but who knows, I might be wrong.
Great class. Easy A if you keep going to lecture and recitations. The TA was really good and wanted to see everyone get an A.

Pros: Hybird- only meets twice during the week
Extra credit- lots of extra credit towards the end of the term
Cons: Professors english isn't too good--- hard to understand.
Lectures will put you to sleep---very boring and the slides are different from the ones he puts up on bb vista
Class overall is hard if you don't keep up with the work. Other then that the class wasnt too bad.

He created crazy exams with the average of the class was C- and participation will hurt your grade. The way MIS should be taught is not like that.

Was a really good professor. The material is extremely simple and they give you a test bank of questions which will be on the final, so there's no need to attend the lectures. But if you do, you will learn a lot because he really knows his stuff. Didn't like recitation for this class at all but attendance there is mandatory.

People tend to neglect this goldmine of an instructor who teaches martial arts as well as MIS.
Attendence is not required for this class, it is required for the recitation.
His TA hates having to sit through presentations so everyone gets an A+ on their presentations
Both Exams are made up from the review questions he posts online prior to the exam. Just go over the questions and you will get 100%
He tries to make the class interesting but ends up putting people to sleep.
This man is the reason I switched my concentration to MIS. He has excellent office hours and is always available for students who just want to hang out with him or discuss class material.
Would take hime over again, hopes he teaches other undergrad MIS classes.

This is the lecture teacher. He really knows a lot. He relates MIS to all fields of business. Attendance is not required and you really don't need to show up. There are 2 exams. He gives a test bank of 100 questions before each exam. 40 of the SAME exact questions appear on the exam.
Recitation is just weekly quizzes based on the lecture. The worst 2 scores get dropped. The group project is the easiest I've done at Drexel.
As long as you don't bomb all the quizzes, this is an EASY A.
